About The Position

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience with detailed and involved project planning
- 1-3 years of Facilities management experience
- 1-3 years of Vendor management experience
- Experience with using and working knowledge of Google Workspace
- Ability to be onsite and available to the staff and vendor needs
Nice To Haves
- Experience with non-profit/educational sector
- 1-3 years experience working with transportation services
Responsibilities
- Maintain/oversee various projects for the school
- Remain organized, effective, and diligent in times of development and obscurity to help create a plan to execute projects
- Communicate needs between Exec team and vendors
- Help to maintain compliance while working through projects for the school
- Model VCP’s core values and building a positive student and team culture across the organization
