The Project Support Clerk supports the Project Managers and Field Personnel to perform day-to-day clerical functions required to manage jobsite operations. Perform general administrative tasks such as typing, filing, scanning, copying, printing, entering data, scheduling meetings, making reservations and making phone calls Assist with Quality Control/Turnover activities Sign in new hires Helping to organize and submit time sheets for Payroll Complete weekly Apprentice Reports Participate in meetings Document questions and concerns discussed during meetings Update lists and tables Keep job trailer organized and clean Perform other duties as assigned by management
