About The Position
To assist PCA-RI and HPMS MX prepare all necessary instructions, procedures, systems in bi-lingual format (English & Spanish) per overall project schedule.
Responsibilities
- Understanding Quality Management (QMS) requirements.
- Develop bi-lingual version of PCA-RI Quality Manual working with Quality Department for proper revision control and approval
- Identify all necessary SOP’s required for HPMS MX
- Develop plan to upgrade (more visual) and convert to bi-lingual version working with Quality, Operations & Engineering Departments for proper revision control and approval
- Complete conversion per overall project schedule
- Train on Secondary Operations to be transferred to HPMS MX for familiarity
- Identify all necessary WI’s required for HPMS MX
- Develop plan to upgrade (more visual) and convert to bi-lingual version working with Quality, Operations & Engineering Departments for proper revision control and approval
- Complete conversion per overall project schedule
- Identify all necessary forms required for HPMS MX
- Develop plan to upgrade (more visual) and convert to bi-lingual version working with Quality, Operations & Engineering Departments for proper revision control and approval
- Complete conversion per overall project schedule Train on PCA-RI ERP System (D365) and QMS (on IMSXpress) for familiarity
- Work with Finance, IT, and other departments to make systems bi-lingual as needed
- Other project activities as assigned by COO or Project Coordinator
- Travel to HPMS MX for on-boarding of team – assist with training and startup
- Other Sales support activities related to HPMS MX
- Sales Operations: Bi-lingual special projects TBD
- Commercial Planning: Support long-term planning related to commercial team growth at HPMS MX
- Support creation of the “engineering design guide”, a compilation of design tools and data for all product types and operations in extrusion, secondary operations, and cable assembly. Information will be extracted from process engineering and cross checked against stored data and kept as tables and design equations. This will be a tool for rapid and consistent output for quoting and product launch
- Create and maintain transferred equipment and tooling list to be able to transfer all per Option 2 per schedule
