Component Central Operations (CCO) enables the Components Business to achieve world-class Silicon & Optical operations by leading end-to-end process improvements and digital transformation, using portfolio management, data & security, and architecture expertise. We drive execution to achieve business outcomes enabling Components Operations to enhance revenue, margin, & deliver world class products in a cost effective and efficient manner.
As a CCO Project Specialist, you will help with the end to end portfolio execution for Components. The responsibilities include monitor progress and schedules of portfolio, create and distribute communications to portfolio and program stakeholders, maintain & enhance Learning Center, and develop project execution guidelines.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Portfolio & Program Management
• Experience in a manufacturing supply chain opperation

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Help with reporting and materials for readouts with stakeholders
• Change Management: Leading change initiatives, effectively communicating changes, addressing concerns, and ensuring smooth transitions
• PMO Governance: Maintain process standards and provide delivery oversight for programs and projects
• Communications: Manage communication plan including setting expectations, internal and external communications
• Stakeholder Partnership: Maintains stakeholder relationships by executing the communication plan, and partner with IT for portfolio alignment
