Position Summary: Maintain all aspects of project data entry and its associated control environment for Pike Corporation and its subsidiaries. Work closely with Project Accounting and Operations to enhance setup accuracy and processing timeliness. The position offers high visibility and interaction with management, Directors of Contract Administration, and Contract Administrators. Essential Functions: Project Accounting Setup/Administration including, but not limited to: Daily processing of Jobs and Contracts into the Oracle Project environment Customer maintenance in AR module New project/work order setup and maintenance Contract Administrator requested contract rate adjustments Bill rate schedule reconciliation Allocation rate maintenance Maintenance of weekly Accounting routines and processes Import/Export project data using excel templates Journal entry prep and standard accruals Other duties and tasks as assigned
