The Department of Academic Affairs seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Project/Program Specialist with a strong background in administrative operations and functional experience using Workday. This position plays a critical role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of academic and institutional projects. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of project coordination skills, administrative expertise, and knowledge of enterprise systems to advance the strategic priorities of the academic affairs division while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Higher Education, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in an administrative or project coordination role, preferable in a higher education environment
  • Demonstrated experience using Workday, particularly in an academic or administrative capacity
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom)
