About The Position

The Opportunity: As a program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of critical Navy acquisition programs. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project, Tableau, and Power B,I and regular interactions with senior Navy acquisition program managers, SMEs, schedulers, customers, and project analysts. The real impact of project management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. Requirements

  • Experience with DoD acquisition programs, policies, and regulations
  • Experience providing direct support to the US Government PAPMs and APMs
  • Knowledge of DoD 5000, Adaptive Acquisition Framework, and Pathways
  • Ability to manage and oversee multiple workstreams across an acquisition portfolio
  • Ability to independently lead and manage teams responsible for client delivery
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Naval Sea Systems Command programs
  • Knowledge of LCS Mission Modules
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Project or Program Management Certification, such as DAWIA, FAC-C, or PMP Certification
