Responsibilities include overall planning, direction, prioritization and delivery of all projects in a manner aligned with the client's expectations and business needs. Ensures the ongoing process/system capabilities associated with projects and manages any changes required to meet or exceed the expectations established in project designs. Manages multiple medium to large-sized projects or a single highly complex project. Has extensive interaction with the client. Identifies opportunities and makes recommendations for project management process improvements. Responsible for all or multiple aspects of the project(s). Provides administrative and organizational support through the coordination of activities relative to each project management process area. In addition to regular project communications, responsible for preparing, present, and distributing project information to applicable project, program, or portfolio managers. Contributes to area by ensuring quality of tasks/services provided by self and others. Complete weekly status reporting for each project.
