About The Position

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. Overall Purpose: Responsible for supporting project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget through effective resource coordination and adherence to industry-standard methodologies. End to end communications (strategy, design, execution, all vehicles, structure, etc.) for the organization, along with streamlining AI integration, automation and adoption strategies. Responsibility for program management around employee engagement, strategic initiatives that support improving customer experience and our convergence & CX priorities.

Requirements

  • An experienced professional with in-depth knowledge, applying organizational practices to resolve moderately difficult problems.
  • Works with independent judgement on expansive projects with minimal supervision, implementing policy changes to improve functions.
  • Actions impact efficiency costs, schedules and client relationships.
  • Interacts primarily within the department and with General Managers and above across various teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 2+ years of related experience.
  • Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Project Management: Supporting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined quality standards.
  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and status reports to guide project execution and ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Stakeholder and Vendor Communication: Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders, clients, and vendors to provide project updates, facilitate meetings, and manage expectations.
  • Quality Assurance and Issue Resolution: Ensuring adherence to quality standards by reviewing project deliverables and taking proactive measures to identify, analyze, and resolve any issues or risks.
  • Other duties as assigned: Supporting processes related to resource management, data analysis, reporting, and/or team collaboration.
