About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Project/Program Manager II to join our dynamic team. This full-time role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with core hours from 9 AM to 5 PM or 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday. While the position is primarily remote, candidates should be available to visit our SEA41 office as needed for in-person sessions. Must be local to the Greater Seattle Area to be considered.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in project or program management.
Proficiency in Excel and experience with program management and project management.
Ability to analyze engagement trends and experience in marketing analytics.
Familiarity with voice of customer/feedback programs and survey creation.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work autonomously.
Experience in basic data analysis and the ability to explain results.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Qualtrics or other survey platforms is a plus.
Background in similar industries or previous experience with our organization is advantageous.
Quick learning ability and a proactive approach to improving processes.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and complete projects and programs, overseeing all aspects to ensure timely and efficient execution.
Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor the progress of projects.
Prepare detailed reports for upper management regarding the status of projects and programs.
Work with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, marketing, and QA, to provide value and move projects forward.
Engage in stakeholder management and project management, focusing on improving internal processes and streamlining operations.
Be comfortable with data and reporting, following established guidelines to build out necessary reports.
Lead and direct the work of others with creativity and autonomy, relying on extensive experience and judgment.
Interact with teams developing new devices and features, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
