About The Position

The role involves coordinating and completing project/program tasks, overseeing all aspects of projects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing project progress. You will prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project/program. A bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in the field or a related area are required. The role demands familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in the field, relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Creativity and latitude are expected as you lead and direct the work of others.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and complete project/program tasks.
  • Oversee all aspects of projects and set deadlines.
  • Assign responsibilities and monitor project progress.
  • Prepare status reports for upper management.
  • Lead and direct the work of others with creativity and latitude.
  • Conduct business rebrand, transitioning from bigger to smaller brand architecture.
  • Work with supplier and internal teams to gather information for inventory and claim validations.
  • Manage workflow and direct tasks focusing heavily on project management.
  • Help scale the full-time team focusing on other tasks.
  • Create trackers and ensure teammates meet deadlines.
  • Manage stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams.
