About The Position

Manager, Program/Project II WHO WE ARE: STAHL Companies provides the Program Management for its Channel of Commercial Technology companies in Government that consist of Small Businesses and New Technology start-ups. STAHL advocates for policies that can improve government services and maintain our government's competitive advantage, by bringing more technology into government programs. STAHL Companies advocates on behalf of our nation's innovative, new technology and small businesses looking to work with the U.S. government. We do this by aligning the voice of our small business members with advocacy for change in federal policy that will make the government market more accessible to small businesses and the commercial technology ecosystem. The Channel's founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager II to join our team! The Manager, Program/Project II is responsible for leading and managing complex programs and projects in support of engineering-related task and support initiatives. This role requires extensive experience in project management, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to ensure successful execution of all activities outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW), including Section 3.7 responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years of management experience supporting Project Management and Engineering-related programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited college or university
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (required)
  • Active SECRET security clearance (required)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall program and project management leadership across multiple task areas
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee project execution to ensure performance, schedule, and cost objectives are met
  • Manage resources, priorities, risks, and deliverables in alignment with contract requirements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with stakeholders and clients for program status and issue resolution
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements, policies, and procedures
  • Prepare and deliver project documentation, reports, and briefings as required
  • Support engineering-related tasks and operational support programs as defined in the SOW
