Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative/operational oversight of assigned program/project.
  • Coordinates and facilitates global education program development.
  • Develops project/program goals, objectives and plans in collaboration with management.
  • Oversees implementation of project plan, monitors, tracks and evaluates progress.
  • Oversees logistics and administrative duties duties (VISA related, research/investigate, onboarding & clearance, invitations and arrangements, record production, record/data management, coordinates events/meetings/lectures, etc.).
  • Assists in development/management of department budget/finances.
  • May manage/oversee work of staff and/or student workers.
  • Conducts research, collects/analyzes data, oversees data entry.
  • Coordinates general administrative support including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
