The J&JIM Supply Chain PPL reports to the Director of VCM Project Management and works in close partnership with peer PPLs and project sponsors. The PPL plays a critical role within the VCM Project Management Organization (PMO) and is responsible for driving teams through the successful execution of complex, cross-functional projects that support lifecycle management and strategic portfolio initiatives. This role will Lead a diverse team of J&J Project Managers and Contract Project Managers in the delivery of a portfolio of projects, including product transfers, risk mitigation, supplier qualifications, and portfolio optimization. Mature Project execution capabilities through business process ownership Collaborate closely across cross-functional teams and senior leadership to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely delivery of project objectives. Apply advanced project management methodologies (FPX preferred) to guide execution and continuous improvement. Analyze project data and metrics to drive decision-making & outcomes. Influence across the organization & communicate effectively across all levels.
