Apply project management knowledge, technical and interpersonal skills, and project management tools and techniques to meet the project requirements of research projects coordinated through the Research Project Management Core. Work Performed Implement standard project management processes, tools and methodology to support large or complex research projects in non-clinical research. Consistently applying standard project management methodology, processes, and tools to projects. Duties may include but are not limited to: Plan, lead, and facilitate project team meetings. Develop and implement communication plans Develop detailed task lists and standard operating procedures Coordinate logistical aspects of proposal development Drive project initiation and protocol management activities Train, manage, and mentor project team personnel Work with functional managers to resolve schedule and resource conflicts. Escalate difficult project issues as appropriate. Perform any other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
