Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in the EHS field, with a focus on project management and administrative duties.
• Must have a CSST and CDPH Sampling Technician certification
• Strong understanding of environmental field services and project management principles.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Proven capability to comprehend and evaluate analytical data to make informed decisions.
• Relevant certifications and a commitment to maintaining industry-standard safety and operational protocols.
• Excellent skills utilizing technology.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science.
• CAC and CDPH Inspector Assessor/PM preferred.
• Experience with industrial hygiene and health and safety a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize, manage, and plan comprehensive environmental projects under the guidance of a Senior PM.
• Accurately gather project details, manage client expectations, and maintain robust client relations.
• Conduct detailed job walks, develop proposals, and determine project labor and sample requirements.
• Oversee project scheduling and communication, ensuring smooth operation and execution.
• Management and Training of Technicians.
