You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft Project and regular interactions with SMEs, schedulers, customers, and project analysts. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience developing and delivering hardware-based solutions in a project or program management role
  • Experience using Microsoft Project to build and manage project delivery
  • Experience writing technical proposals
  • Experience managing delivery to a contract
  • Ability to function independently as a self-starter and manage work efficiently
  • Ability to manage project scope, schedule, and budget for all elements of a project
  • Ability to identify, manage, and communicate project risks to senior leadership
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience using EVMS to manage project budgets and schedules
  • Experience managing research and development programs
  • Experience managing programs to design and deliver integrated hardware and software systems
  • Experience working with suppliers and managing product delivery to a set of requirements
  • Experience using the Agile framework and the Sprint or Scrum approach to project management
  • Knowledge of SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD design software
  • Possession of excellent problem resolution and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred; Master’s degree in Engineering a plus
  • Project Management Professional Certification
