The Project Manager oversees and manages the technical and operational aspects of the project and serves as liaison between Sales Operations and project teams, Akima shared services (procurement, pricing for example) Sales and OEM’s. Reviews customer Delivery Orders, works with vendors, reviews requirements of the project ensuring terms are flowed down and up where appropriate. Manages budget and schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet customer requirements and Affigent’s financial goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress, solving issues in the field and problem solving with team members and clients.
