About The Position

Sentara Health is looking to hire a Remote Project Manager. This is a remote position: Remote opportunities available in the following states: Virginia, North Carolina, Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington (state), West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects or workstreams within programs using waterfall or hybrid methodologies. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and under budget while fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High School / GED (Required)
  • 2 + years of experience in project management /project coordination , or a similar role (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
  • One of the following c ertifications or equivale nt (Preferred): Project Management Institute Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP) Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) Scrum, SAFe or equivalent
  • Healthcare (Preferred)
  • Care delivery (ambulatory, hospital, post-acute), health plan , corporate/shared services (Preferred)
  • T echnical project management (Preferred)
