Requirements

• Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills.
• Proven track record of identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• High level of organizational discipline and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for the Global GTM Optimization initiative, including scope definition and execution.
• Manage complex, cross-functional, and global workstreams to ensure alignment toward defined outcomes.
• Partner closely with senior leaders to align the program with corporate objectives.
• Establish and maintain clear governance and reporting mechanisms.
• Proactively identify risks and implement effective mitigation plans.
• Translate complex concepts into clear communications supporting change adoption.
