As a Global GTM Sourcer, you will own top of funnel strategy supporting NinjaOne’s global go to market organization across North America and EMEA, with a focused alignment to Enterprise IT, MSP, Channel, and Partner motions. You will partner closely with Global Revenue leadership across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Channel, MSP, and strategic functions to identify, engage, and pipeline high-impact talent aligned to complex, enterprise deal cycles. This role requires strong enterprise market intelligence, competitive mapping, and a deep understanding of MSP and Internal IT buyer segments. You will proactively build diverse, high-quality pipelines while delivering actionable market insights that shape hiring strategy globally. Location - Hybrid based in Austin, TX (or willing to relocate unassisted to work in-office 2 days per week).
