The Project Management role will support our North American operations within Tait Americas. The Project Manager plays a key role in the customer journey by ensuring smooth delivery of complex communications solutions. The Project Manager is accountable for leading the project such the customer gets what they expected, when they expected it and within the cost that they expected to pay while ensuring that the Tait effort in delivering these outcomes is within plan. The Project Manager will need to understand the whole business cycle of the project and ensure that the appropriate business processes are applied to the project to ensure a successful outcome for both the customer and Tait. It is expected that the role will require periodic travel to customer locations. Additionally, the Project Manager will work with TAM sales and engineering department staff in support of sales development activities to generate new orders for Tait equipment, systems and services.
