We are seeking to add a role supporting our large-scale data center construction project in Fort Wayne, Indiana. It is expected to continue supporting future project phases based on performance, project needs, and client requirements. POSITION SUMMARY The Construction EHS Manager (Client-Facing) provides on-site safety leadership for a fast-paced, schedule-driven data center construction project. This is a highly visible, field-based role requiring a confident, experienced safety professional who can enforce safety requirements, proactively manage risk, and maintain strong working relationships with construction leadership and a highly engaged client safety team. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating under schedule pressure, addressing complex safety challenges in real time, and serving as a steady, credible safety authority in the field. ROLE EXPECTATIONS & WORK ENVIRONMENT This position operates within an active construction environment where schedule demands, weather impacts, and multiple stakeholder priorities are present. The Construction EHS Manager is expected to consistently enforce safety requirements, exercise sound judgment, and maintain strong working relationships with construction leadership, joint venture partners, and the client team.
