Be part of a legacy of excellence and growth with sg360°! We are seeking a Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that each job is produced to meet or exceed customer expectations. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers, sales, and internal manufacturing teams, coordinating all aspects of production from order review through final delivery and billing. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced print manufacturing environment and excels at managing multiple projects with strong attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Strong English oral and written communication skills
  • Solid math skills and attention to detail
  • Above-average interpersonal, organizational, and phone skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficiency with standard office equipment and software
  • ERP system experience preferred; Visio experience a plus
  • Ability to interpret and manage print-related documentation
  • 5+ years of experience in the printing industry, either in customer service or pressroom operations
  • Understanding of pre-press operations and a wide variety of printing processes
  • Knowledge of inline and post-press lettershop finishing
  • Familiarity with USPS specifications is a plus
  • Experience in pre-press or bindery operations is helpful

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact between customers, sales, and manufacturing teams
  • Review orders against estimates and ensure materials are ordered accurately and on schedule
  • Create and maintain complete job files, including requisitions, customer instructions, and required documentation
  • Order and coordinate pre-production materials such as templates, dummies, and samples
  • Create work instructions for pre-press, press, and post-press vendors
  • Ensure proofs and samples are delivered on time to appropriate stakeholders
  • Communicate job status, changes, and issues clearly with customers, sales, and internal departments
  • Monitor pre-production activity to ensure materials and plates are available for press start-up
  • Create layouts and job instructions to meet customer requirements for quantity, quality, and delivery
  • Generate, file, and track change notices and ensure proper documentation is included in billing files
  • Monitor post-production activity to ensure on-time delivery or mailing
  • Provide shipping tally sheets and required reports for customer billing
  • Forward completed job files and documentation to billing for invoicing
  • Maintain organized records related to customers, routine orders, and stored products
  • Perform other duties as assigned
