In accordance with Assets, Inc. Core Values and Mission, this position oversees the overall daily operations of a designated service contract site and provides opportunities for people with disabilities to be employed. The Project Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of all services required in the contract at the work site. This position manages the budget, is involved with customer relations and purchasing, ensures adequate support services, provides training and supervision to all site employees, and performs direct labor as needed. This position may require de-escalating verbally or physically aggressive individuals according to identified procedures and individual client protocols.
