About The Position

A Restoration Project Manager will be responsible for the overall management of several restoration projects at one time. As a Paces Restoration Project Manager, you will be asked to maintain open/constant communication with the customers, create work order budgets for each and every project, manage subcontractors at every jobsite, accurately account for all job costs for each project, keep open communication with management team/office personnel, collect ANY/ALL money owed for each project in a timely manner and try to finish all jobs with positive customer reviews

Requirements

• 2-4 years Restoration Project Management experience preferred, but not required
• In-depth understanding of the Restoration/Construction industry
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Outlook and various other software(s)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Multitask, prioritize and manage time
• Goal oriented and organized

Responsibilities

• Running multiple projects at any given time
• Open communication with customers, subcontractors and office staff
• Collecting any/all funds for EVERY job
• Vetting any new subcontractors who you want to work with you/Paces
• Weekly meetings with Construction Manager and Accounts Receivables staff
• Job costing all purchases and/or vendor invoices to correct jobs
• Creating work order budgets within Project Management system
• Staying within the allotted budget on each and every job
• Visiting jobsites daily/weekly
• Resolve any issues or conflicts early within the job and involve the Construction Manager when necessary
• Working hours will be Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm (weekend work is at your discretion)
