How will your days be spent Responsible for leadership, mentoring, and coordination of project team members and consultants from project inception through completion, and for representing the firm to the client. Manage client expectations and involve them in establishing project design, scope, goals, and measurements. In coordination with other team members and consultants, implement design requirements through documentation and construction, maintaining design intent and ensuring the technical quality, organization, and content of project documents. Responsible for developing the project fees and contracts during the planning phase and establishing the project schedule, budget, staffing, and profitability during the start-up phase. Articulate and communicate the client's vision, goals, and objectives through development of the project work plan during the planning phase, ensuring they are understood by all team members and consultants. Coordinate response to client questions and concerns, and follow up regularly with the client. Responsible for participating in and leading client presentations, conducting internal project team meetings, and leading technical and consultant meetings. What you bring to this role Experience: Minimum of ten years of architectural experience with at least five years of recent Project Architect experience and at least two years of recent project management experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and working on large-scale projects required. Experience with one of Flad's market segments preferred. Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills required. Proven success in client management and leadership required. Software: Revit proficiency required. Previous experience with AutoCAD preferred. Education: Professional degree in architecture required. Professional registration required. Sustainability accreditation preferred.
