About The Position

The Project Manager within Citizens Wealth Management will lead strategic change initiatives for the Wealth Change Management office. This role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and governance, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects that drive transformation across Wealth Management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in financial services or wealth management.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and strategic shifts
  • Strong problem-solving skills both in independent work and collaborative environments
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Participate and contribute in strategic and transformational initiatives/projects
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree required

Nice To Haves

  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Own the delivery of multiple strategic projects simultaneously, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
  • Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation frameworks.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication with senior leaders, manage expectations, and provide regular status updates.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to established project management methodologies and regulatory standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Lead project teams and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Change Management: Drive adoption of new processes and systems through structured change management practices.
