The Project Manager, Trauma Quality Programs (TQP) Training and Resource Development, plays a dual role as both a strategic planner and a hands-on creator of training and resource materials. This position manages the full lifecycle of projects — from concept and proposal through design, production, and implementation — while also developing and producing materials. Working collaboratively with program teams, subject matter experts, and external vendors, the Project Manager, TQP Training and Resource Development ensures that all training initiatives meet quality, relevance, and impact goals. The ideal candidate excels at both leading projects and creating content. This exempt position will report to the Manager, Program and Process Development in the Division of Research and Optimal Patient Care. It is based in our Chicago office and is a hybrid role: 3 days per week in the office/2 days per week remote. The anticipated salary range for this position is $81,400 - $95,000 (commensurate with related experience).
