About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Training and Development Manager to lead the development and delivery of customer and internal training programs for our growing automotive software solutions. This role will be responsible for designing high-quality training content, leading live and virtual training sessions, and ensuring customers successfully adopt and maximize the value of our software. The ideal candidate is a strong content developer, technical writer, and instructor who can translate complex software workflows into clear, engaging training materials. While automotive industry experience is not required, it is considered a strong plus.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in training, enablement, or instructional design.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or software company.
  • Strong content development and technical writing skills.
  • Experience leading live instructor-led training sessions.
  • Ability to simplify concepts into clear, practical training materials.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the automotive industry.
  • Experience developing training programs for B2B software platforms.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as RevDojo, Docebo, LearnUpon, TalentLMS, etc.
  • Experience creating video-based training or eLearning modules.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain training programs for all sales and operations teams members as well as customers.
  • Create high-quality training content including guides, playbooks, videos, and structured learning paths.
  • Deliver engaging live, virtual, and in-person training sessions.
  • Host training classes in Atlanta on a monthly basis or as needed.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Support and Implementation teams to identify training needs.
  • Develop standardized onboarding and certification programs.
  • Write and maintain clear technical documentation and instructional materials.
  • Continuously improve training content based on customer feedback and product updates.
  • Implement and manage training programs through a Learning Management System (LMS) when applicable
  • Track training effectiveness and recommend improvements to increase product adoption, increase product retention and improve presentation close rates.
