Are you passionate about technology and supporting first responders? If so, read on! As a NorcomCT Project Manager you will support our company’s technical implementation operations. This position is responsible for managing external customer technology projects including coordinating work with Norcom staff and customers via phone and email, organizing and maintaining documents, orders, quotes, and documenting project schedules, meeting notes and deliverables. Due to the technical nature of our services, this position requires a robust general technical aptitude, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience in our industry is not required, however, demonstrated performance in a similar role in a technology industry is required. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter who can manage multiple priorities with varying levels of difficulty in a fast paced, demanding environment. The position is staffed at our Naugatuck location, Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, and may require occasional travel to customer locations or trainings.
