About The Position

From the beginning, Starbucks set out to be a different kind of company. One that not only celebrated coffee and the rich tradition, but that also brought a feeling of connection. We are known for developing extraordinary leaders who share this passion and are guided by their service to others. This role drives Starbucks’ success by leading complex, enterprise‑scale Supply Chain Technology initiatives that enable operational excellence and long‑term transformation. You will translate complex business needs into clear, executable plans while driving accountability across multiple workstreams. Success in this role requires decisive leadership, strong executive communication, and disciplined delivery. You will proactively identify risks and dependencies, drive mitigation strategies, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable value aligned with Starbucks’ Back‑to‑Starbucks vision and supply chain modernization strategy.
