We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our expanding and innovative Residential Development practice area, focusing on single-family and townhome communities. This is an opportunity to apply your client expertise, technical knowledge, and creativity to projects that directly improve quality of life – while coaching and leading a talented team. This is a hybrid role based out of our downtown Cary, NC (Rogers Building) office, where employees and supervisors collaborate to set a schedule that works for both the project and your life.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Licensed Professional Engineer
  • 6+ years of engineering/industry experience with demonstrated team management and coaching
  • Strong leadership, project management, and client relationship skills
  • Knowledge of contracts and project financials, including budgeting/forecasting
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
