About The Position

We’re hiring a Residential Exterior Project Manager to oversee exterior remodeling projects from contract through completion. This role focuses on scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and delivering a smooth homeowner experience across roofing, siding, window, and exterior upgrade projects.

Requirements

• Experience managing residential exterior projects (roofing, siding, windows, or remodeling)
• Strong understanding of exterior construction methods and workflows
• Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in the field and interacting with homeowners
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Manage residential exterior projects from kickoff through closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, crews, inspections, and material deliveries
• Develop and maintain project schedules and production timelines
• Conduct jobsite visits to monitor quality, safety, and progress
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners during construction
• Resolve field issues, manage changes, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate project handoff and closeout documentation
