About The Position

Are you the kind of project manager who thrives on turning complexity into clarity? The Project Manager, People and Culture plays a critical role in ensuring continuity of operations and delivering impactful, global initiatives that support our P&C Division. The Project Manager, People and Culture is accountable for continuity of operations and projects necessary for the design, development, and delivery of global projects and initiatives in support of the People & Culture Division. This role partners with vendors and multiple workgroups across the organization and work with staff members at all levels of seniority.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven project management experience, including managing multiple complex initiatives, IT/Software projects, intake processes, scheduling, and use of standard PM tools
  • Experience managing budgets and monitoring variances
  • Basic understanding of human resources (preferred)
  • Strong collaboration skills across teams and levels
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong time‑management capabilities and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
  • Knowledge of change‑management principles
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Skilled in copywriting and editing
  • Able to navigate changing expectations and competing priorities
  • Demonstrated sound judgment and ability to build rapport with senior leaders
  • Proactive mindset—comfortable asking questions and seeking clarity
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally

Responsibilities

  • Serve as project manager for projects and initiatives by organizing team planning, administration, and reporting to ensure successful project execution
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, including identification of milestones, and track, assign and maintain clear action items and exception reporting.
  • Drive change management activities for the P&C initiatives that will assist with adoption.
  • Liaise with the centralized ePMO, internal communications team, and change management function as appropriate.
  • Serve as the primary internal and external point of contact for initiatives with project-related vendors and other third parties
  • Oversee timelines and external vendor partnerships including management of vendor payments/invoices
  • Support the development and maintenance of project budgets, monitor variances, and take timely corrective action as needed; coordinate long-range planning and forecasting activities for the division.
  • Provide project reporting for project stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Support the creation of reporting for Senior Leadership and the Board of Governors.
