About The Position

GENERAL PURPOSE: The People and Culture Project Manager is responsible for improving the usability of people data and translating insights into actionable solutions that improve People & Culture (P&C) programs and operations. This role serves as a strategic connector between data, systems, and people, driving cross-functional solution implementation efforts that ensure data-informed decision-making is embedded across the P&C department. This role operates as a “solutions technician”: someone who can interpret data, understand business needs, and work collaboratively with partners to design, test, and implement practical solutions. The position blends project management, analytical capability, relationship-building, and strategic thinking to transform insights into operational improvements and measurable outcomes. This is a term-limited position with an assignment of 5 years.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field
  • Five years of experience in Organization Design, HR Project Management, or HR Data Analytics
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Identify data gaps, obstacles, and process bottlenecks that hinder effective reporting and decision-making
  • Translate data and analytics into clear, actionable insights that inform strategy, drive alignment, and guide operational decisions across P&C
  • Maintain and enhance reporting tools used by P&C teams and leaders
  • Support the development and standardization of P&C KPIs, metrics, and data definitions
  • Help teams overcome data-related barriers by connecting the right people, clarifying impacts, and ensuring smooth handoff between data analysis and solution ownership.
  • Prepares and contributes to reports, presentations, and briefings to communicate insights, updates, and recommendations
  • Provide thought partnership to P&C leadership by framing insights, assessing implications, and recommending prioritized, scalable solutions
  • Lead or co-lead cross-functional projects that turn data insights into implemented solutions (e.g., workflow improvements, process improvement, system updates, new reporting tools)
  • Design scalable frameworks, roadmaps, and operational approaches to implement solutions that align with P&C strategic goals
  • Develop project plans, timelines, roles, and communication strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and with interest holder alignment
  • Partner with HRIS and other systems owners to integrate data requirements into system enhancements or new functionality
  • Coordinate testing, stakeholder feedback loops, and iterative refinements for data-driven solutions
  • Serve as a key liaison between P&C teams and operational leadership to ensure shared understanding of insights, solutions, and priorities
  • Facilitate conversations that help teams interpret data, align on priorities and goals, and adopt solutions that drive organizational impact
  • Build trust and strong working relationships by connecting the right people, clarifying impacts, and ensuring smooth handoff between insight generation and solution ownership
  • Act as a change agent by promoting adoption of new processes, tools, or strategies across the organization
  • Provides solution-oriented support to P&C leaders by interpreting insights, framing implications, and advising on operational responses
  • Proactively identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for efficiency, risk reduction, and enhanced employee experience
  • Recommend innovative, high-impact, and scalable solutions that support long-term organizational objectives
  • Support a culture of data literacy by creating guidance, tools, and communications that empower teams to use insights effectively
  • Contribute to a continuous improvement mindset across the P&C department
