People Manager (HR, People and Culture)

We’re looking for a People Manager who wants to roll up their sleeves and build something meaningful. Someone who thrives on improving how teams work, how leaders lead, and how employees grow. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll partner directly with leadership and employees to shape a strong, engaged, and high-performing culture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or similar
  • Strong interpersonal skills—you can build trust quickly and communicate clearly
  • Comfortable working on the floor and alongside leadership
  • Practical, solutions-oriented mindset (not overly bureaucratic)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in manufacturing, technical, or fast-paced environments is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and elevate the onboarding and employee experience
  • Coach and support managers on performance, feedback, and team development
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Partner with leadership to recruit and hire top talent
  • Address employee concerns and resolve issues professionally and fairly
  • Improve and maintain HR processes, policies, and compliance
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen culture, communication, and accountability
