JLL is seeking a Project Manager for PDS Projects to contribute to shaping the future of real estate. This role involves overseeing project implementation and execution from start to finish, including construction. The Project Manager may manage small, ground-up projects, encompassing programming, design, entitlements, bidding, permitting, and construction management, with proficiency in managing projects up to 25k RSF and potential responsibility up to 75k RSF. Key aspects of the role include developing and executing marketing and development initiatives, overseeing capital improvement and asset preservation programs across multiple sites with minimal oversight, and managing project budgets, monthly forecasts, and cash flow analysis. The position also entails responsibility for project scheduling and making project decisions based on owner objectives, which can involve site improvements, permits, consultant and contractor selection and management, and financial oversight. The Project Manager will assemble and manage teams of consultants and contractors, negotiate contracts, interface with various stakeholders, maintain client relationships, and provide on-site supervision to ensure project performance. Additionally, the role requires identifying and addressing potential liabilities and risks, assisting in establishing best practices, training JLL team members, and potentially engaging in business development activities such as sourcing and securing new projects and participating in client presentations.
