About The Position

The Project Manager – Masterbrand Rollout plays a critical role in orchestrating the enterprise-wide transition to MGM’s Masterbrand across corporate, property, and digital environments. This is a project-based engagement aligned to the duration of the Masterbrand rollout program and will conclude upon successful completion of the initiative. This role operates in a centralized orchestration and execution-management capacity—providing structure, visibility, governance, coordination, and risk management—while ownership of brand strategy, creative development, production, and final execution remains with MGM teams, agencies, and vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing/Brand Management, Communications, Operations, or a related field OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 5+ years of prior relevant experience in project/program management, with responsibility for cross-functional coordination, governance, and delivery
  • 3+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience leading multi-workstream rollouts (e.g., brand/marketing transformations, enterprise change initiatives, digital rollouts, property/site implementations, or operational launches) with multiple stakeholder groups. Including demonstrated experience building and managing: Integrated roadmaps (enterprise-level, multi-channel), Launch readiness frameworks (milestones, dependencies, go/no-go inputs), Risk/issue logs with escalation paths, Executive reporting and stakeholder communications cadences
  • Demonstrates hands-on experience building and managing enterprise-level integrated roadmaps, launch readiness frameworks, dependency maps, RAID logs, and structured go/no-go processes
  • Is experienced in developing executive-level reporting, stakeholder communications cadences, and progress summaries for senior leadership visibility
  • Has successfully coordinated across internal teams and external agencies or vendors, managing deliverables, timelines, and interdependencies
  • Possesses practical working knowledge of budget tracking and forecast visibility, even if not the direct budget owner
  • Is familiar with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies and understands how to apply structured planning within dynamic environments
  • Is proficient in modern project management and reporting tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Brings strong expertise in program governance, stakeholder alignment, sequencing, dependency management, risk mitigation, and rollout readiness methodologies
  • Excels at organizing complex initiatives with multiple workstreams while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and momentum
  • Communicates clearly and confidently, with the ability to synthesize complex information into concise executive-level updates
  • Leads through influence, builds trusted cross-functional relationships, and effectively drives alignment without direct ownership of creative or production execution

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage an integrated Masterbrand rollout roadmap across corporate, property, and digital channels
  • Establish and maintain stakeholder alignment frameworks, clarifying roles, responsibilities, and decision pathways
  • Own communications planning, reporting cadence, and executive-level progress summaries
  • Support identification and prioritization of brand touchpoints based on defined tiering
  • Build and manage channel-level rollout sequencing plans
  • Track dependencies related to asset readiness, production timelines, and installations
  • Provide structured issue escalation support across cross-functional teams
  • Maintain rollout risk logs, launch sequencing frameworks, and escalation routing
  • Provide budget tracking visibility (budget ownership remains with MGM stakeholders)
  • Support day-of-launch coordination and issue tracking
  • Maintain rollout KPI frameworks and deliver dashboard reporting throughout the program
  • Prepare pre-launch readiness summaries and go/no-go input documentation
