Dave & Buster’s is seeking a highly organized, proactive Project Manager to support our Marketing team. This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence across marketing campaigns by managing timelines, aligning cross-functional partners, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and on strategy. his role will centralize project management, establish scalable systems and tools, and create a clear operating rhythm that enables the team to execute at a higher level. Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of project management experience, ideally within marketing or agency environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex campaigns simultaneously
  • Experience implementing or optimizing project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira, etc.)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational capabilities
  • Ability to balance structure with flexibility in a creative, fast-moving environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment industries
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management training

Responsibilities

  • Campaign & Project Execution Lead end-to-end project management for integrated marketing campaigns
  • Build and maintain detailed project timelines, briefs, and status reports
  • Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively remove blockers
  • Ensure alignment across internal teams (creative, digital, media, operations, finance) and external partners
  • Process & Systems Development Establish and standardize marketing project management tools and workflows
  • Implement scalable systems that create consistency and visibility across initiatives
  • Develop clear operating rhythms, including status meetings, reporting frameworks, and milestone tracking
  • Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and speed to market
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as the central point of coordination for marketing initiatives
  • Ensure deliverables meet deadlines, budget parameters, and strategic objectives
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to maintain clarity and accountability
  • Performance & Reporting Track key milestones and campaign launch readiness
  • Provide executive-ready updates on progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Support post-launch retrospectives to refine processes and improve future execution
