About The Position

Evergreen Innovation Group, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking an experienced Project Manager, Low Voltage, with a minimum of 8–10 years of experience managing low voltage scopes within a commercial electrical contracting environment. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of complex low voltage projects, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with client expectations and company standards. This individual will be responsible for managing project execution, project controls, engineering coordination, cost management, scheduling, quality, and risk for one or more low voltage projects. The Project Manager will oversee low voltage systems including structured cabling, fiber, security, fire alarm integration, AV, and BMS/controls within data center and mission-critical facilities, as well as other DPR core markets: Healthcare, Advanced Technology, Life Sciences, Higher Education, and Commercial. Project Managers will work closely with Project Executives, Superintendents, and all members of the Project Team. Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to, the following: Supervisory Responsibilities Direct management of assigned project team members, including Project Engineers and field staff. Duties and Responsibilities Demonstrate understanding of and alignment with the vision and mission of EIG. Manage and maintain detailed knowledge of project scope, requirements, and deliverables for assigned low voltage systems. Plan, execute, and control projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage project budgets including cost tracking, forecasting, billings, collections, and change management. Coordinate with engineering, design partners, vendors, and field teams to support constructability and efficient installation. Serve as a primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, designers, and trade partners. Collaborate closely with Superintendents to support field operations, scheduling, and self-perform low voltage work. Ensure project performance related to schedule, financial results, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Participate in preconstruction activities including estimating, scope development, value engineering, and pursuit support. Support business development and client relationship efforts related to low voltage and mission-critical opportunities. Required Skills and Abilities We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized project leader capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results. The successful candidate will possess: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships. Proven ability to manage project teams and collaborate across disciplines. Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical, schedule, and cost-related challenges. Ability to maintain strong team morale in fast-paced project environments. Demonstrated understanding of low voltage building systems and integration, particularly within data center or mission-critical facilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (Prolog or similar), accounting/cost management software (CMIC or similar), and scheduling software (Primavera or similar). Experience managing complex commercial construction projects with multiple stakeholders. Strong work ethic with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Education and Experience 8–10+ years of Project Management experience within commercial electrical construction. Significant experience managing low voltage scopes including structured cabling, fiber, security, fire alarm, AV, and controls. Experience working for an electrical contractor strongly preferred. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to travel to and from the office and assigned job site(s) as required.
