Project Manager - Low Voltage Technology Systems

The role of Project Manager provides the leadership required to complete projects on time, within budget, and to the quality standards of the company. A project manager also leads and manages a design team and contributes to sales efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or associate degree in engineering, engineering design systems, or Technology Engineering from an accredited university/college
- 8+ years of building systems design experience.
- Previous experience designing low voltage systems that include audio visual, telecommunications and security systems.
Nice To Haves
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
- RCDD certification highly preferred or willingness to obtain certification within 1 year.

- Creates a culture of accountability by setting clear expectations and responsibilities.
- Responsible for the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects.
- Assigns and leads the project team members.
- Proactively identifies and minimizes risks to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Delivers technical presentations to current clients.
- Identifies opportunities to cross sell current clients on our full range of services.
- Contributes writing and graphical concepts to support the development of marketing materials.
- Maintains business relationships with ongoing clients.
- Manages client’s expectations and resolves day-to-day issues.
- Prepares routine proposals that accurately define scope of work, schedule, and fees.
