Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field required
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
  • 2 years of project management experience required
  • Experience in Value-Based Care (VBC), including risk-based contracts
  • Experience with Microsoft Planner
  • Work experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting with proven project management skills preferred

Nice To Haves

  • PMP - Project Management Professional Certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the completion of one or multiple priority projects simultaneously within Information Technology Services (ITS).
  • Demonstrates expertise in utilizing project management principles in the execution of projects to include: conducting project feasibility studies, defining project scope, deliverables, schedules and tasks, working with vendors and their respective product implementation teams, conducting project kickoff, steering committee and team meetings, estimating duration and resource requirements, facilitating definition of business, clinical and system requirements, developing detailed project plans, working functional and resource managers to acquire needed resources, track and report on implementation escalating issues to proper management or steering committee as appropriate, and arranging for transfer from implementation to ongoing support with designated resources for such.
