About The Position

2026 Project Manager Intern Mythic is currently seeking a Creative Project Manager Intern. The Creative Project Manager is an internal-facing role that goes beyond assigning tasks and maintaining timelines by being immersed in each account and playing an integral part in helping to deliver the highest quality creative solutions for our clients. By bridging communication and workflow between the account and creative teams, the Project Manager keeps a close eye on timelines, exact deliverables, and direction/details by understanding the requirements of the brief, client dynamics, and creative resources needed. This helps both teams better manage how we facilitate the work to ensure the appropriate resources have been assigned and that we deliver work on time. The Project Managers work closely with Creative Directors to determine the writers, art directors, designers or production artists best suited for a task or project and assigns them accordingly. This role also serves to support account management by helping to keep a closer eye on exact deliverables and feedback from clients while understanding what's in the scope of work to better manage how we facilitate getting work done. Requirements

  • Proven success working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple clients and projects.
  • By understanding the phases of a project, you will help continue pushing for clarity and to define creative development needs to the account team.

  • Must be a 2026 graduating senior in order to apply.
  • Must be located in Charlotte, NC for the duration of the internship program in order to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation to flag and address schedule issues or recognize when more resources are needed.
  • The CRM assists with schedules and ensures we hit key milestones. This includes setting up internal creative reviews, working closely with the creative team to field any questions they may have, and adjusting the timeline with account management, if needed.
  • Create and own status sheets for all current business lines and projects so we have a better view of project pipeline and workflow resource management.
  • Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements.
  • Establish, maintain and enhance processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects.
  • Structure and manage integrated, multi-track project performance databases for digital, print, social, broadcast, and/or experiential projects with an eye on overall progress.
  • Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs.
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed - escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans.

  • Hybrid remote with an average of 2-3 days per week in office
