Position Summary The Project Manager Intern will support the Program Management team by assisting with project planning, execution tracking, and process improvement efforts. This role offers hands-on exposure to real project workflows in a fast-growing robotics and automation environment. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, learn core project management tools and methodologies, and contribute to initiatives that improve operational efficiency and delivery outcomes.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• Strong interest in project management, robotics, automation, or technology operations.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially for documenting processes and collaborating across teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Help maintain project schedules, task assignments, and progress trackers in tools such as Gitlab and Microsoft Project applications.
• Support creation of project documentation, including project charters, requirements, status updates, and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams to help resolve project blockers and ensure alignment.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to assigned work.
• Assist with reporting efforts by preparing dashboards, slides, or summary updates for leadership.
• Contribute ideas to improve PMO processes, documentation standards, and cross-team communication strategies.
