The Project Manager II manages wireless radio and antenna installation projects on utility poles throughout PSE's Washington State territory. This role coordinates with multiple internal departments (Engineering, Real Estate, Environmental, Permitting, System Planning, and Energy Resources) and external customers to execute defined project scopes, working under the guidance of senior staff and Project Manager III. The position involves conducting regular site visits, managing construction-related activities for wireless projects, drafting and monitoring medium-complexity contracts, and managing contractor relationships to ensure project deliverables meet timelines and quality standards. Strong communication skills, project management experience (preferably in utilities or telecommunications), and the ability to collaborate across departments while maintaining compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements are essential. The role also requires upholding safety compliance standards, promoting a culture of total safety, and ensuring duties are performed in accordance with all regulatory compliance obligations.
