The Project Manager II manages wireless radio and antenna installation projects on utility poles throughout PSE's Washington State territory. This role coordinates with multiple internal departments (Engineering, Real Estate, Environmental, Permitting, System Planning, and Energy Resources) and external customers to execute defined project scopes, working under the guidance of senior staff and Project Manager III. Responsibilities include conducting regular site visits throughout the territory, managing all construction-related activities for wireless projects, drafting and monitoring medium-complexity contracts, and managing contractor relationships to ensure project deliverables meet timelines and quality standards. The position requires strong communication skills, project management experience (preferably in utilities or telecommunications), and the ability to collaborate across departments while maintaining compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. This role also involves upholding safety compliance standards, promoting a culture of total safety, demonstrating commitment to ethical business conduct, and ensuring duties are performed in accordance with all regulatory compliance obligations.
