About The Position

The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies. We are seeking a Technology Project Manager (TMP) to lead full lifecycle delivery of technology systems across large-scale public capital construction projects within a community college environment. This is a construction-focused technology leadership position supporting projects ranging from $1M-$25M.

Requirements

3+ years managing technology projects in capital construction, facilities, or public infrastructure
Experience reviewing construction drawings/specs
Experience with structured cabling, VoIP, security systems, or AV systems
Experience with public procurement and contract administration
Strong budgeting and cost control experience
Full lifecycle project experience (planning → turnover)

Nice To Haves

PMP Certification
Community College or public sector facilities experience
Experience with mass notification platforms
Unified Communications in AV spaces
Network certifications (Cisco, Aruba, PanGen, etc.)

Responsibilities

Lead planning, budgeting, design coordination, procurement oversight, installation management, system integration, and operational turnover of: Structured Cabling (Copper & Fiber Backbone), BDF/MDF/IDF buildouts and upgrades, Access Control & Security Camera Systems, Voice & Unified Communications (VoIP migrations and cutovers), Emergency Phones & Mass Notification Systems, Network Switching Infrastructure (PoE, core/distribution), UPS & Telecom Power Resiliency, Classroom, Conference Room & Theatrical AV Systems
Manage 5–10 concurrent technology projects
Coordinate technology scope during A&E programming and design
Conduct drawing reviews using Bluebeam or similar tools
Develop technology budgets, lifecycle cost models, and funding validations
Review RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Oversee procurement and installation sequencing
Ensure system interoperability prior to commissioning
Support construction phase coordination and operational turnover
