This role is for a Project Manager-Technology, located remotely, within the Project Delivery and Revenue Cycle Department/Specialty, on a full-time day shift.

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with radiology PACS, cardiology CPACS, Hemodynamics, EKG, 3D post processing, and other imaging ancillary applications.
  • Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of IT project management experience
  • Three years of healthcare experience

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate project delivery following PMI-standard PMO processes; utilize ServiceNow (PPM) and Google Workspace to develop critical deliverables, including charters, RACIs, and comprehensive schedules.
  • Drive project momentum to meet rigorous deadlines and budgets by managing resource plans, assigning tasks, and holding cross-functional teams accountable for subproject milestones.
  • Direct project finances and budget management while proactively identifying, remediating, and resolving risks and issues to ensure uninterrupted project flow.
  • Serve as a primary liaison for portfolio and tower leaders, delivering tailored reports and strategic communications to manage expectations and address stakeholder concerns.
