About The Position

The Special Projects Project Manager I provides custom design and project management support to customers while learning the full scope of the Signature Services business model. This role supports the execution of key business plan initiatives and builds foundational expertise in project delivery, product knowledge, and cross‑functional collaboration. Highlights of your role Manage Signature Services product solutions with a focus on low‑complexity projects and gradually progressing to medium‑complexity work with guidance. Maintain a high level of organization and time management while managing multiple concurrent projects. Identify, plan, and initiate project tasks; monitor progress and ensure on‑time completion. Identify project blockers and potential risks; escalate or resolve with support from leadership. Develop and maintain solid working knowledge of Marvin product lines, systems, and production capabilities. Interpret construction documents and understand construction methods and installation techniques. Support pricing and financial aspects of projects; prior experience is helpful but can be learned on the job. Communicate effectively with cross‑functional partners to ensure exceptional service and product delivery, including Product Groups, Purchasing, Engineering, R&D, Sales, and Architectural teams.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of Marvin product knowledge or related industry experience preferred.
  • Experience in building, construction, or related fields helpful.
  • Strong verbal communication and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications; intermediate to advanced Excel skills required.
  • Ability to navigate challenging situations with professionalism, tact, and confidence.
